WHY IT WORKS ON VACATION
Most Orlando villas come with a full kitchen that nobody wants to use on holiday. A chef who arrives, cooks, serves and cleans up turns that kitchen into the reason you booked the house in the first place — everyone eats together, nobody is stuck at the stove, and there is no drive back out at nine at night with tired children.
It also solves the harder problem: finding food that fits how your family eats. Kosher-style options are limited in Central Florida, and a chef in the house removes the search entirely.
SHABBAT AND HOLIDAYS AWAY FROM HOME
Travelling over Shabbat or a holiday is where this matters most. We can cook and set out a full Friday night dinner before candle-lighting, with Shabbat lunch and Seudah Shlishit prepared in advance so nothing needs doing on the day. Tell us your candle-lighting time and how your family keeps Shabbat, and we will plan around it.

WHERE WE COOK
Villas and rental homes in Kissimmee, Davenport, Reunion, ChampionsGate, Celebration, Lake Buena Vista, Dr. Phillips and Winter Garden — plus Disney-area resorts, Universal-area hotels and Convention Center suites where the kitchen allows it.
Hotel suites vary: some have a full kitchen, many have only a microwave and a small fridge. Send us the property or the resort name when you enquire and we will tell you honestly whether cooking on site is possible, or whether delivered meals will serve you better.
HOW THE EVENING RUNS
We agree the menu and timing before you fly. On the day, the chef arrives with everything needed, cooks in the rental kitchen or brings the meal prepared from ours, serves at your table, and leaves the kitchen as it was found.
All of our food is kosher-style — kosher ingredients and kosher meats, meat and dairy kept separate. Our kitchen is not under continuous rabbinical supervision, so it is not certified kosher for guests who require hashgacha; certified Glatt Kosher or Chalav Yisroel can be arranged through our partners.
