At Sage Catering, kosher-style means that our food is prepared with care and respect for Jewish dietary traditions, using kosher-certified ingredients and Chalav Yisroel dairy products and strict separation between meat and dairy.

All meat and dairy are handled separately with dedicated equipment.

However, our kitchen is not under continuous rabbinical supervision and we do not hold kosher certification. For this reason, kosher-style meals are not considered halachically kosher for those who require full rabbinic oversight.

For guests who do require fully kosher food, Sage Catering can arrange Glatt Kosher or Chalav Yisroel meals under licensed rabbinical supervision through our certified kosher partners.

This allows us to serve both:
• Guests who want Jewish-style food prepared according to kosher standards
• And guests who require fully supervised kosher meals
